Microsoft Math is a great tool by which we can easily do math problems.
It is mainly targeted towards the school students.
It has an equation solver which can easily solve equations up to a system of 6 equations. It solves the equations in a Step-by-Step manner so that students can learn. A lot of features make it quite useful.
It is not a complex program. Doing math is easy and anyone can do it.
We can easily use variables x, y, z, etc without even defining it. There is calculus, linear algebra, matrices, trigonometry, permutation-combination, etc; all that needed for high school math.
I especially like the graphing part. It can draw 2d and 3d graphs very quickly. We can add any number of equations.
There is a "triangle solver", where you can solve for a triangle, its sides and altitudes and angles by filling in the known values. Unit conversion tool is available, but I think it is not having much options.
It contains a list of formulas like Pythagoras theorem, basic equation on Physics, Chemistry, etc.
About help, a small help pane shows how to use equations with examples and short description. Help is available as a separate part where you have definition for all the functions. Flash videos are included to help easily learn the program, but as I found out, it is not necessary. It is the easiest program you can get of the kind.
Advantages:

- Feature Rich.
Disadvantages:
- Can't do advanced math calculations.
